Dr. Gertrude Miller was a Professor of Biology at Northern State
University from 1954 - 1981.  Dr. Miller earned her B.S. and M.A.
from West Virginia University and Ph.D., from Cornell University.
She was chair of the Biology Department at NSU from 1959 - 1979.
