The 4th edition of his graduate textbook “Health Insurance” has just been published by ACHE Learn, the new moniker of Health Administration Press. ACHIEVEMENTS 1980 LaDonna Leibrich was named the 2025 Outstanding Librarian by the Wyoming Library Association. LaDonna has been the Sheridan High School librarian for the past 21 years. She graduated in 1980 with degrees in Library Science and Elementary Education. 1981 Dr. Paula Lantsberger graduated from NSU in 1981 with a BA in Biology, with honors. She was an editor of a published book in the occupational medicine field. The book is titled “Occupational Health Services: A Practical Approach - 3rd Edition - Tee”.
