80 Calliope Jessalyn Holsing I asked you today what you would do should you be the universe and have to choose between Andromeda and the Milky Way the two of which are set on a course for collision--meeting an untimely demise in the grand scheme of the universe which in reality lacks time and exists merely as space I asked you today what you would do expecting you to choose to let it be and allow timeless meaninglessness take away Andromeda and the Milky Way the two of which neither are lackluster because of their stars so bright and all consuming of fusions that allow them to make light that reaches across the voided space and into our very minds I asked you today what you would do with the photons and phosphenes that may lie to us for of those to choose you said the Milky Way as it is closer and brighter to you than Andromeda the two of which are both filled with stars but one sends its lightyears farther and longer and perhaps I said that tenacity and longevity may be more admirable I asked you today what you would do and why you would choose the Milky Way over the Greek woman so beautiful she won the heart of Perseus and he whisked her away--the only hero to live happily ever after the two of which galaxies must meet their demise and why not let survive the one whose name gives it the birthright permission to live while the other has evil on earth I asked you today what you would do should you be the universe and have to choose between Andromeda and the Milky Way and after answering you turned and you asked me the same and I said As the void I yearn for perfection but as a human I am the flawed.
