NORTHERN TODAY 8 FALL 2020 TUDENT S still found safe ways to celebrate, with homecoming activities held on campus following SDBOR and CDC guidelines. At the coronation ceremony, Livia Wallace of Pipestone, Minn., and Kelson Brewer of Stanwood, Wash., were crowned as this year’s queen and marshal. Now, the Northern campus is gearing up for next year. Northern saw many changes to homecoming this fall, with both the traditional football game and the annual parade canceled as a precautionary measure against the COVID-19 virus.
