Snapped a nine-game losing streak against Augustana with a 1-1 draw (Sept. 26). Went 3-0-2 in a five-game stretch toward the end of the season, while recording five consecutive shutouts. The streak of five consecutive shutouts was the second longest streak in program history, behind only the 2007 team, which recorded seven straight. Including the end of the game at Minot State and the beginning of the game at St. Cloud State, Alexus Townsend and the Wolves defense did not allow a goal for a total of 521:27 consecutive minutes from Oct. 8 until Oct. 29. Program’s first ever regional ranking in Northern State’s NCAA Division II era, coming in at No. 9 in the Oct. 27 NCAA Central Region poll.
