Cancellation Policy RS program courses may be cancelled prior to the individual RS course established Census Date. The Rising Scholars course must have: • greater than (>) 50% of students enrolled for dual credit for the course to run. If less than or equal to 50% of students are registered for dual credit the course will be cancelled by the school’s Census date (found on website). See Academic Affairs Guidelines 7.1 Section 5.2.3 • a minimum of eight (8) students must be enrolled for dual credit for the course to be offered. Cancellation of the course will be initiated by the NSU Registrar’s office and students/teachers will be notified. Refunds of tuition will be sent within two weeks of cancellation. (course cancellation applies to either the 50% rule or not reaching the minimum number of students)
