7 2022 ARC3 SURVEY FINDINGS About Equity and Compliance: The Director of Student Rights and Responsibilities/Title IX Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the University’s Title IX efforts, including the development, implementation, and oversight of disclosures, policies, and procedures to comply with Title IX of the Higher Education Act of 1972. Other responsibilities include training and education surrounding the complaint procedure, available resources, interim measures, and resolution options. Northern is committed to providing a safe environment free of harassment for all students, faculty, and staff.
