Northern Night is a yearly fund raising event, held in late fall with approximately 500 people attending. In years past the event has raised over $90,000. The monies raised from the annual affair go to directly serving the scholarship needs of the university. With the increased competition for students and Northern’s commitment to students, events such as Northern Night are vital to meeting the scholarship needs of the university. The university and the foundation have worked hard to develop the Wolf PACT scholarship program, and Northern Night is a huge opportunity to meet the growing needs of that program while showcasing Northern to its supporters. Northern Night 2009 is scheduled for Nov. 21 at the Ramkota Hotel and Convention Center.
